For cutting or crimping of metals
The air nipper blades can be matched with the air nipper body to create a full air nipper for use on an automatic winding machine. This machine is then used for the cutting of enameled copper wires, transformer pins, soft wire, iron wire and more.
Not only is it used for cutting of enameled copper wire, but it is also used to cut transformer pins and plastics. The applicable working air pressure ranges between 0.4MPa to 1.2 MPa.
1. The edge of the air nipper blade is plated with a layer of tungsten steel, which is the hardest metal, and gives the edge an excellent wear resistance. The service life of the same part of the blade edge is more than 1 million copper cutting procedures as a reference point.
2. The base material of the hilt is the shell on the air nipper body, and is made of a superior alloy steel that has been manufactured through a forging, heat treatment, fine machining, riveting and other processes so that the hardness and toughness meet expectations. There will be no deformations caused by a low hardness, and no breaking caused by an over- hardness.
3. The normal edged part of the air nipper is from 3.8mm-4.2mm. If our customers have special requirements on the size and shape, we will customize according to drawings provided by the customer.
