SFD Servo Tensioner (Two - stage Tension)

Product features

1. Two - stage tension adjustable: The winding machine user program controls the inflation and

deflation of the internal cylinder of the servo tensioner to achieve two - stage tension switching.

2. Online display of tension value, winding speed, and winding length.

3. Users can achieve multi - stage tension switching by changing the working angle of the tension rod through the program.

4. Multiple functional alarms: wire break alarm, fault alarm, tension upper/lower limit alarm functions.

5. RS485 networking communication enables reading of tension values, setting of tension upper/lower limits,

changing the working angle of the tension rod, tension zero calibration and compensation,and reading of winding length, etc.

6. The system has current overload protection for the servo motor, and it will return to normal after power - off and restart.
